Baptism is an ordinance (Ordered by God) that has been set in place by God through repentance (Turning away from sins) to demonstrate the power of salvation (Being saved from penalty of sin), redemption (Price paid for us) and forgiveness. Since you have received our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and now want to go to the next level of Covenant relationship with Him.

Baptism is the outward expression of a person's inward conversion of becoming a follower of Christ and you are beginning a changed life in Christ. 

When Christians are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection. 

If you have made the decision to follow Jesus and want to be baptized, please read the following information and complete the candidate for baptism application below.

Step 1. Complete the online baptism application form (below) and one of our UWC Ambassadors will contact you with the details. 

Step 2. Invite your friends and family to celebrate with you. Water baptism is a time of celebration and public declaration of new life in Christ.

Step 3. A UWC Ambassador will provide you with a Baptism t-shirt you get to keep. Please be sure to bring the following items:

U. White/gray/black sweats [no jeans]

P. A change of undergarments or clothes

L. Large Towel

I. White Socks

F. Swim Cap 

T. Shower Shoes or Slide on Sandals. 

Step 4. Attend the Baptism Orientation.
